Medium Scale

The Low Carbon Buildings Programme for medium scale installations closed in 2011. The Programme offered grants of up to £100,000 or 40% of the cost of installation (50% for small and medium-sized businesses) for a variety of microgeneration technologies. Grants were offered for technologies such as wind turbines, small scale hydro, solar photovoltaics, solar thermal hot water, ground/water/air source heat pumps, and wood fuelled heating systems.

Although the Programme is no longer active, you can view statistics for Stream 2A grant applications using this document.
