When it comes to London townhouses, there’s no doubting that it’s an interior designers’ dream to get their hands on such a small place and transform it into a mini sanctuary for a Londoner to live in.

Traditionally, London townhouses do not offer much room to play with when it comes to using large pieces of furniture to decorate this interior. However, we’ve been shown that it is possible!

After looking at these images from MH Costa Construction, we’re sure that it will provide you with as much inspiration as it does us to pack our bags and head to London!

Hallway and Entrance

As we can see from the entrance of the home, the traditional features of the London townhouse have been modernised. The hallway features a gorgeous staircase and banister that uses traditional grey colouring, and wooden floor to give the interior a contemporary feel.

Dining Area

When it comes to the dining area of a home, it’s always the room where we struggle to find practical ways to decorate the space available. However, this designer has used a wooden coffee table above a grey rug to contrast textures, and a large print to provide the modern design with some matching art.

Bathrooms

Although not the most unusual of colour schemes, this bathroom uses grey tones and marble accessories to give the room a modern feel. The free-standing bath and sink is a great way to modernise the area!

Kitchen

We’ve mentioned previously that the kitchen is the heart of the home and we can see how much effort has gone into creating a stylish yet practical kitchen in the images above. Block colours have been used in an attempt to further modernise the interior, and the marble surfaces provide added detail to enhance the overall design.
